Three ways to combine what you picked: H's grouped list and colour squares, D's warm paper, black ink and coral underline. No photography; a club is its own colour and its own mark, so Unicorn is lavender with the unicorn, the way it is on its own site. Empty bands keep a grey square so the shape of the page holds before anything is in it.
H as it was, moved onto D's paper. System font, white inset groups, a coloured square per club with its own mark in it, coral for a pick-up game. The one thing added from D: every link that goes somewhere carries the coral underline, so it's clear what's a door.
The same list with D's typeface and rules instead of white groups. Italic section heads, names in the serif at 20px with the coral underline, details in the system font underneath. Squares stay. This is the one that looks least like anyone's app and most like a printed programme.

The colour is the card, not a square inside it. Each club is a full-width block in its own colour, its mark in a white square, the day set large on the right. A pick-up game is coral, Scrimmy's own. It's the closest to Wallet passes: a stack of things you belong to, each in its own colours.
A club's square is its colour and its mark; with no mark yet, its initials in the club colour on white, or white on the colour. Examples only, to show the system holds with more than one.
